Member Housing Cooperatives
Our dues paying membership housing co-ops are listed here. Our member co-ops comprise nearly one thousand apartments and well over 1500 residents. MAHC seeks to represent the interests of hundreds of housing cooperatives and their thousands of residents, spread across Massachusetts.
You can find the membership information form to join MAHC here: Coop Membership Form. It’s a fillable PDF form which you may be able to fill it out and send it to us electronically. It can also be printed out and filled in writing as well. Instructions on where to send it and the dues check are on the form. Dues are $5 per unit per year.
Special Associate Memberships
MAHC welcomes individuals, businesses, professionals, associations and non-profit organizations as non-voting members. Special Members can serve on Committees serve on the Board of Directors help on special projects and receive all other member benefits, such being listed in a services directory on the website.
